Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in German for inquiries related to home security and alarm systems
• Assist customers with installation questions and product features
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues clients may face
• Document customer interactions accurately in the database
• Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to improve customer experience
• Stay informed about the latest security products and industry developments

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Interest or background in home security systems is a plus
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
