Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
• Assist clients with understanding the company's services and how they can benefit their business.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have all the necessary information to get started.
• Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to provide clients with the best solutions tailored to their needs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful advice.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly to ensure follow-up and service improvement.

• Fluency in Flemish and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand and discuss digital marketing concepts, including SEO.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about digital marketing trends and tools.
