Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding their needs in online ticketing and event services.
• Assist clients in optimizing their ticketing operations and enhancing event management practices.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ ticketing processes and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective implementation of customized ticketing solutions.
• Guide clients on local event regulations and compliance matters relevant to their activities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the ticketing and events industry to provide informed recommendations.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

• Fluency in Flemish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in online ticketing, event management, or a consulting role within the events sector.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms and best practices in event services.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights for clients.
• Strong communication abilities to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
