Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of social media metrics to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Monitor and evaluate audience engagement and performance trends across various social media platforms.
• Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective data-driven social media strategies.
• Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media analytics.
• Assist in planning and executing successful social media campaigns based on data insights.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, particularly in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytical tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Strong communication skills, especially in presenting data findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines efficiently.
