Role Overview

You will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed business decisions. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to generate actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations. This role requires proficiency in data management tools, analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, and a keen ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

• Provide actionable data-driven decision support by generating accurate and insightful analytics
• Perform data exploration using standard tools and methodologies to identify key business trends
• Collect, collate, and analyze data to produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Resolve queries by providing information about processes and related policies
• Support data management by ensuring proper organization, protection, and access for data systems
• Assist in ensuring operational compliance by adhering to internal standards and best practices
• Contribute to personal and team development by participating in training, coaching, and ongoing education opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
• Solid communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and reporting.
