Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Online Streaming Service Department

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and technology and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking users.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat, assisting with inquiries and technical support for the streaming service.
• Help users navigate the platform, manage their subscriptions, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
• Assist customers with content inquiries, recommendations, and problems related to playback.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay informed about new content releases, features, and updates to enhance the customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions to ensure accurate record-keeping and quality improvement.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for online streaming services and digital content is a plus.
