Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of social media metrics to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Monitor audience engagement and performance trends across various social media platforms.
• Create informative reports and presentations that summarize findings and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven social media strategies.
• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and data analytics.
• Assist in the planning and execution of impactful social media campaigns based on data insights.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, particularly in social media or digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting data findings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
