As part of our dynamic team, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing them with guidance and support related to skincare and beauty products. Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients regarding beauty and skincare inquiries through various channels.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns promptly.
• Maintain a helpful and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about the latest beauty trends and items.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is a must. It is important to clearly specify your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
• A genuine interest in beauty and skincare products.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Desire to learn about new products and enhance customer experiences!
