Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German regarding streaming services.
• Assist users with account setup, subscription management, and content recommendations.

• Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality and user experience.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
