Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Dutch for streaming service inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, and troubleshooting
• Resolve issues related to streaming quality and content access
• Help customers navigate the platform and discover new content
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and service offerings

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with patience and efficiency
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and technologies is a plus
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
