Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for music and podcast inquiries
• Assist users with account management, troubleshooting, and technical issues
• Educate customers on product features and best practices
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality
• Stay informed about the latest trends in music and podcasting

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
