Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with order inquiries, delivery issues, and product information
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the database to ensure accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Report customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the company's products and services

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• No prior experience required; a passion for customer service is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new technologies
