Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment, including product specifications and availability
• Handle order processing, tracking, and issue resolution efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to uphold customer satisfaction and service quality standards
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to enhance customer engagement

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written); knowledge of English is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• A strong interest in fitness and sports equipment
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in the customer service field
