Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Recruitment and Retention Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop global enrollment and retention solutions to enhance patient screening and compliance
  • Manage patient engagement service offerings and associated costs for global bids
  • Assess patient enrollment challenges and opportunities to improve recruitment and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
  • University/college degree in life science or health care field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical research
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in patient recruitment, preferably within a CRO
  • Experience in scientific report writing and data analysis
  • Experience in global patient engagement activities and collaboration with patient advocacy groups
