Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Patient Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all communication with prospects via calls and email
• Understand and discuss insurance and finance options for fertility treatment
• Identify opportunities for increasing the sales pipeline to drive overall Member growth

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in a Finance / Patient Coordinator role for a clinic
• Understanding of the healthcare insurance/financing landscape
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a small team
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Empathetic attitude towards Members undergoing fertility treatment
