Patent Litigation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patent Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with partners and technical advisors on all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, depositions, expert reports, and trial preparation
• Support trial teams on Hatch-Waxman and other pharmaceutical patent disputes
• Engage in legal research, motion practice, and ANDA-related strategy

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in patent litigation, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector
• Prior exposure to Hatch-Waxman/ANDA litigation strongly preferred
• Technical degree (B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.) in life sciences, chemistry, or a related field preferred but not required
• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in the U.S
• Experience at trial or sitting at counsel table is a plus
