Partner Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Enablement Program Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Own scheduling, speaker preparation, live production, and post-event asset publishing for Partner Enablement webinars
• Maintain and update learning channels, including Academy catalogs and Partner Portal pages
• Collaborate on content development and support the production of learning assets for partner enablement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner enablement, field enablement, or channel training
• Experience in a channel-led company
• Strong learning design skills focused on adult learners, particularly technical sellers
• Proficiency with Rise, PowerPoint, Docebo, and CMS tools (Allego preferred)
• Experience supporting or delivering live partner webinars and technical sessions
