Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and performance gaps to design targeted instructional solutions
• Develop engaging and interactive learning content using authoring tools
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Experience with video editing, graphic design, or animation tools
• Background in corporate training, technical education, or compliance training
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows workstations, especially Microsoft O365
• Proficient with Camtasia or similar products
• Working knowledge of content management systems
