We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to support the team's growing online presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for uploading video content (created by our full-time editor) to various platforms and managing community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who’s fluent in Spanish, understands social media trends, and is aligned with Latin American culture—Mexico-based candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

This is a part-time, remote role, requiring consistent availability to post content between 3 PM and 5 PM (Monday–Friday).

Key Responsibilities

• Upload video content daily to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube following a consistent posting schedule.
• Ensure proper formatting, captions, hashtags, and platform optimization for each post.
• Manage and respond to comments across social media platforms to foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with the editor and creator to ensure content is aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
• Monitor engagement and flag noteworthy interactions or feedback.

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – essential for clear communication and engagement.
• Based in Latin America (preference for candidates in Mexico).
• Experience managing uploads and basic community management on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and availability to post content daily between 3 PM and 5 PM (Monday–Friday).
