Job Overview

They are seeking a highly skilled CRM / Sales Ops Expert with extensive experience in HubSpot to join their dynamic team. As a CRM / Sales Ops Expert, you will be responsible for optimizing their HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless sales operations, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue growth. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline workflows, analyze sales performance, and implement best practices in CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, automation, and efficient sales processes.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies, workflows, and automation to improve lead management and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align CRM operations with business goals.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, including data cleanup, deduplication, and enrichment.
  • Train and support team members in CRM best practices to maximize platform efficiency.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • 3+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM management, including configuration, automation, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and revenue optimization.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools to measure sales performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications in CRM Implementation, Marketing Automation, or Sales Hub.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with other business applications (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Slack).
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or other CRM-related technical skills is a plus.
  • Be part of a dynamic, tech-driven team with a focus on innovation.
