Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to drive Agile practices across diverse teams and ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Partner with product owners to refine requirements and define acceptance criteria
  • Provide project oversight including scope management, budget monitoring, and risk tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments, with at least 3 years in senior roles
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification required
  • Strong experience with enterprise-level Agile frameworks such as SAFe
  • Demonstrated success in leading Agile transformations and implementing process improvements
