Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consults with provider and health plan clinical teams on behavioral health-related issues and individual case dispositions
  • Coordinates behavioral health services and treatment across functional areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Leads SUD provider audits and reporting, transforming findings into actionable interventions and educational opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Masters Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) or Licensed Mental Health Professional with experience in Substance Use Disorder treatment in New Hampshire
  • 5+ years of behavioral health specific healthcare/managed care experience
  • Expertise in screening, assessments, treatment, and recovery strategies for Substance Use Disorders
  • Experience with Medicaid populations
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor or applicable licensure for NH and MA preferred
