- Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations and Evaluation & Management sessions
- Utilize the platform for video call sessions, clinical documentation, and treatment plan management
Required Qualifications
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Oregon
- Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience
- Active DEA and individual NPI number
- Submission of a completed, signed CAQH application
- Independent liability insurance with specified coverage amounts
