A company is looking for an Order Processing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and fulfill customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Process orders from various channels and maintain records, coordinating with other departments as needed
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or a combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of all order processes and proficiency in Salesforce and Outlook
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
