- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline revenue-driving processes and lead routing
- Monitor lead-to-customer funnel performance and identify bottlenecks, gaps, or opportunities for automation
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide cross-functional visibility into customer lifecycle and revenue KPIs
- Ensure data cleanliness and consistency across systems and support integrations between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., Stripe, SaaS metrics, ticketing systems)
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue modeling
🏦 Payment Operations & Merchant Services (PayOps)
- Act as the primary liaison for merchant onboarding, guiding customers through application and underwriting processes
- Manage and analyze payment processing rates across the customer portfolio, ensuring optimal pricing and retention
- Troubleshoot payment issues, working cross-functionally with payment facilitators, internal teams, and clients
- Conduct rate reviews, identify below-standard rates, and implement profitability enhancements
- Review and reconcile monthly revenue-share reports from payment partners to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Maintain documentation of payment operations and merchant rate changes for internal transparency and audit-readiness
- Deliver client-facing education and support around payment systems, fees, and rate structures
🤝 Collaboration & Customer-Facing Excellence
- Provide high-touch service to clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and responsive support across payments and CRM-related inquiries
- Communicate complex payment or CRM concepts in a clear, client-friendly way
- Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Product to ensure a unified customer experience
- Continuously gather feedback from internal teams and clients to inform improvements in systems, operations, and support
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree, preferably with a concentration in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in payment operations, merchant services, financial operations, RevOps, or similar hybrid roles
- Proven experience administering and optimizing HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) — HubSpot certification a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, or equivalent app; SQL Database experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, self-starting, and comfortable owning multiple high-impact workflows
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to navigate conversations about rate adjustments effectively
