Customer Support Executive

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to offer accurate information.
  • Identify customer needs and assist with placing orders, refunds, or troubleshooting.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, tech, operations) to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback to the company on recurring customer issues and suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Any Graduate with good command over Microsoft Excel, Word, Good Communication
