Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to financial services in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide clear and accurate information about financial products, services, and policies.
• Assist clients in resolving account issues and facilitate transactions when necessary.
• Document customer interactions meticulously to ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with the financial services team to improve customer support and service delivery.
• Gather customer feedback to identify any issues and recommend solutions.
• Keep updated on industry regulations and financial products to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using customer service software and financial tools.
• Interest in financial products and an ability to explain them clearly to clients.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
