Operations Manager, Asset Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Asset Management (Remote possible).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily functions within property preservation, post-sale, hazard claims, and REO departments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and monitor trends or risks in the portfolio
• Develop process improvements and implement goals and objectives for the department

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• 5+ years of experience in property preservation, post-sale, hazard claims, and REO within a Mortgage Servicing Organization
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and applicable documentation
• Experience with relevant software such as MSP, LoanSphere, and Yardi
• Understanding of the general mortgage default process
