Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Lead to support enterprise-wide productivity and Design-to-Value initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Design to Value strategies with cross-functional teams
• Lead productivity initiatives across the enterprise value chain focused on efficiency and cost reduction
• Coach associates on DTV initiatives and uphold corporate responsibility programming

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or supply chain
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in CPG or beverage industries
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
