Job Summary

A company is looking for a TOC Operational Analyst - Client Facing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned client accounts and participate in client meetings to discuss operational performance
• Proactively monitor automations and applications to detect failures and ensure timely triage of client-impacting issues
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational disruptions and collaborate with teams to implement durable fixes

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or IT support
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and Grafana preferred
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments with high data volumes
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain composure in client-facing situations
• Willingness to support after-hours incident response when needed
