Reporting into the Senior Director of Contract Manufacturing, the primary responsibilities of this role will include managing day-to-day operations with external manufacturers and leading projects with internal cross-functional team and the contract manufacturing suppliers. This role is responsible for driving performance at each supplier for all service, quality & cost parameters, and ensuring business continuity by leading team meetings, facilitating issue resolution, and supporting collaboration efforts between Open Farm Pet and suppliers.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, passionate about project management, supplier relations, supply chain and working with a collaborative team.
