Job Summary

A company is looking for an F&I Specialist responsible for achieving store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieves store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance products and delivers Profit Gap Analysis results
• Provides one-on-one sales training with F&I Managers and participates in group sales training and meetings
• Utilizes sales reporting tools for performance tracking and communicates regularly with supervisors regarding sales updates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Business, Finance, or Sales Managers in F&I
• Proven track record in new car automotive retail, particularly in F&I, Sales, and Sales Management
• OMVIC certification (Ontario only)
• A high level of energy and a positive attitude
