Oncology Nurse Navigator RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and advocate for Members and caregivers throughout the cancer care journey
• Oversee and provide culturally competent, ethical nursing care while facilitating healthcare delivery
• Educate and support Members and caregivers, promoting informed decision-making and resource access

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of oncology experience; 3 years of oncology navigation experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or other ONCC certification required
• Current RN Compact License is required
• Overall computer literacy with proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office
