Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Care Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate medical assistance services for travelers experiencing emergencies
• Manage all aspects of domestic or international assistance cases from start to finish
• Provide customer support by answering inquiries and ensuring timely service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and customer service in an office setting
• Ability to work variable hours in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
• 2+ years of customer experience analyzing and solving problems in an office setting
