Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Quality and Population Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Quality and Population Health Strategies to achieve defined goals and outcomes
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee population health management documentation and ensure effective application of health equity models

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a health care field or equivalent work experience required
• Master's degree in a health-related field preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare operations or managed care experience required
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership/management experience required
• Current, unrestricted RN license or relevant quality certification required within six (6) months of employment
