Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a framework for advocate operational and clinical quality based on advocate behavior and patient feedback
• Collaborate with data and product teams to ensure adherence to standards and protocols
• Implement policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to enhance advocate performance and patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPH is a plus
• 5+ years of care management experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Subject matter expertise in closing care gaps and addressing health-related social needs
