OCT Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.

Responsibilities and Duties

OCT currently has an opening for a Senior Project Manager to work with our federal client.  This position serves as the primary contract lead responsible for overall program management, client relationship management, and strategic direction of the project team supporting USCG C5ISC OISPL requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the project team
• Serve as the primary interface with government client
• Oversee strategic planning activities for all supported systems
• Allocate resources and balance workload across concurrent projects
• Review and approve all deliverables before submission to the client
• Implement and maintain quality control processes
• Provide risk management and issue resolution across all projects
• Deliver executive-level reporting on project status and performance
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Must have a current PMP Certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project/program management.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with federal IT programs, preferably within DHS or DoD.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with executive leadership.
• Experience with federal contracting requirements and deliverables.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Salary Range: $160,000-170,000 per year commensurate with experience, education, etc.
