As a Senior TA Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our candidate evaluation process is consistent and fair. Your ability to assess talent, support hiring teams, and maintain high-quality candidate experiences will directly impact the caliber of talent we bring into Oceans and into our client ecosystems.

This role calls for strong recruitment knowledge, keen attention to detail, and a confident, professional on-screen presence. You’ll be a key contributor to the success of our global hiring operations.

Accountability

Your success as a Senior TA Operations Specialist will be measured by the consistency and quality of candidate evaluations and your ability to collaborate effectively with TA leads and hiring managers. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Candidate Evaluation & Interviewing

  • Conduct structured video interviews to assess candidate fit across a variety of roles.
  • Maintain a calm, professional presence on screen and create a welcoming experience for candidates.
  • Customize interview questions based on job descriptions and hiring needs.
  • Assess qualifications and provide clear, well-structured feedback or interview summaries.

Operational Support

  • Review applications and resumes, shortlist candidates, and update candidate databases.
  • Maintain accurate interview documentation using ATS tools and ensure compliance with data standards.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align expectations and close feedback loops.
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve interview operations and candidate experience.

Colleagues

You’ll collaborate closely with our TA leads and hiring managers, acting as a trusted evaluator and operational support partner. Your work will help them make confident, informed hiring decisions.

While working cross-functionally, this role reports to the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Skills and Qualifications

As a Senior TA Operations Specialist, your vertical focus will be on interview operations and talent assessment, while your horizontal focus will include systems fluency, stakeholder collaboration, and candidate experience.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in recruitment, HR support, or a related role—ideally in a high-volume or global hiring environment.
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
  • Tech Fluency: Proficiency with ATS platforms and video conferencing tools; comfortable navigating digital workflows.
  • Soft Skills: Clear communication, strong organization, and excellent time management.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality with grace and professionalism.

Role Specifications
