The Role: Project Manager

Oceans is seeking talented candidates in Sri Lanka to become Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage & customize, Clickup instance, including configuring dashboards and training the team members on using the tool effectively.
• Liaise with Clickup's support team to address any issues or requests for additional functionality. 
• Continuously assess the team's needs and adapt the Clickup setup to support the company's growth and scaling efforts. 
• Collaborate with the leadership and the team to establish efficient project management processes, including task prioritization, documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between leadership, the onsite team, and the offshore resources to facilitate a smooth onboarding and integration process.

• 3-5 years of experience in a project management or administrative role, preferably in a technology-driven environment. 
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. 
• Proficiency in Clickup or similar project management tools, with the ability to configure and customize them to meet the organization's needs.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues with the Clickup implementation. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support the team in using Clickup. 
• Ability to adapt and scale project management processes as the company grows and its needs evolve. 
• Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools to facilitate effective asynchronous workflows.
