As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the right hand to one of our clients, acting as an extension of their leadership to drive business priorities forward. More than just a behind-the-scenes operator, you’ll be empowered to speak in meetings on their behalf, make strategic decisions, and ensure that key initiatives move efficiently from concept to execution. This is a role for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution to maximize impact across the organization.
This role requires exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at all levels. You’ll ensure alignment between leadership priorities and company execution, drive cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to your executive.

Your primary stakeholder will be the Executive you support, working in tandem to extend their reach and effectiveness. You’ll also engage closely with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders, ensuring that company-wide initiatives are executed seamlessly.
At Oceans, you’ll also receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you’re continuously growing and developing in your career.

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
