Ecommerce Manager

As the Ecommerce Manager at NYC Alliance Company LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic planning of our online retail platform. You will drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience by optimizing the ecommerce website and implementing effective marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding online shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall ecommerce operations, including product assortment, pricing, and promotions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to maximize sales and profitability while meeting budget objectives.
  • Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive optimization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to ensure cohesive execution of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to enhance ecommerce capabilities.
  • Lead the ecommerce team by providing direction, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and improve our ecommerce operations.
  • Develop and manage budgets for ecommerce initiatives and report on performance against goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Proven experience in driving online sales and growing an ecommerce business.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
