Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide addiction management and care for patients through telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
• Coordinate with medical and social agencies to provide necessary resources for patients
• Prescribe psychotropic medications and conduct assessments of therapeutic responses

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in at least one state
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of productivity tools like Microsoft O365
• Ability to work 100% remote and on-call as needed
