Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal non-technical initiatives such as process launches and operational improvements
• Build and maintain project plans, set goals, and monitor progress across multiple teams
• Facilitate meetings and support teams in executing quarterly roadmaps while ensuring accountability

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing technical and/or non-technical projects
• Confident use of project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
• Experience in modeling and improving business processes
