Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller with Non-Profit Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of finances for a portfolio of clients, including accounting, finance, team performance, and client consulting
• Act as a liaison between clients and audit firms, managing audit preparations and implementing findings
• Engage with client leadership on financial strategies, monitor financial trends, and present recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, and financial management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports or project teams
• Prior experience in a non-profit organization is required
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Experience with multiple projects and clients is preferred
