CPA Deputy Accounting Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Head of Accounting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing daily funding requirements and employee reimbursements
• Oversee the accounting team in the Philippines, including processing invoices and performance evaluations
• Co-lead continuous improvement initiatives and support special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• CPA required
• Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required
• At least 10 years of audit/accounting experience with a Big 4 firm, including 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
