We are looking for:

A kickass content creator who lives and breathes video content creation! You are comfortable being on camera. You are an impeccable storyteller and have a strong personality. You lead with authenticity and know how to catch the eye of audiences in a crowded market. You are passionate about everything TikTok and video creation. You have your finger on the pulse of what’s trending in marketing, tech, and the digital landscape. You know how to translate internet and social trends into engaging, exciting videos. You are self-motivated. You are inspired. You have big ideas.

You'll do:

  • Ideating, scripting, filming and editing video content while identifying emerging trends and activating quickly to drive innovation, grow engagement, and community size within the platform.
  • Collaborating with Community Managers and Social Media Managers to develop monthly content calendars and content pillars for the clients.
  • Optimizing content against overall marketing and content calendar, ensuring that all content ladders up to marketing objectives, campaigns, and quarterly KPIs.
  • Analyzing the performance of the published video content on a regular basis to derive insights and optimize future content.
  • Supporting in creator partnerships, outreach and relationship management.

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • A TikTok personality! 
  • Experience in creating content for TikTok, YouTube or Instagram on either a brand or personal channel
  • Impeccable storytelling skills — you know how to capture attention and maintain it
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
  • Passion for content creation and working with brands from a variety of verticals
  • An ability to own video production end-to-end, from ideation to scripting, filming and editing the final product
  • Interested in growth, product and tech, as well as in the know of TikTok trends & internet culture
  • An ability to eloquently tell a brand story or do research and explain a topic in a captivating way
  • A well-versed understanding of in platform-specific social media best practices
  • Great organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in CapCut — Adobe Premiere experience is a huge plus!
  • Humor and meme-making abilities are a huge plus!
