NielsenIQ’s Sales team is focused on growing revenue, finding new business opportunities and market penetration. Sales is NielsenIQ’s growth engine which is instrumental for the company’s success.
You will drive the overall sales, renewals, and commercial EBITDA in your scope; you will secure a sustainable sales pipeline developing new revenue opportunities while maintaining close customer relationships for existing accounts.
- Be the ultimate responsible for the Growth and Profitability of a group of Tech&Durables Strategic Accounts, for every country in Latin America where we make business with them.
- Drive profitable renewals, always aiming at both "up" and "cross selling", while also finding opportunities for new sales (new countries, new categories).
- Create and nurture business relationships with key decision makers inside each Client, including C-levels, in the search for expanding NIQ footprint into new budget pools.
- Develop and accelerate pipeline conversion, while keeping an accurate forecasting, through a high level of discipline along the entire B2B sales motion.
- Generate ambitious Account Plans, starting with Client discovery sessions, and then working side by side with Customer Success and Marketing partners, to guide all commercial activities during the year.
- Own the “Voice of Client” inside NIQ, pushing the organization to respond to Clients’ fair requests.
- A seasoned salesperson, with a minimum of 10 years in Sales, or 15 years of overall professional experience in client facing roles.
- People with solid understanding of data analytics industry tend to perform faster, but if you’re a highly analytical person working in commercial roles (sales, trade marketing, marketing), with a clear business development drive, this job must fit your profile as well.
- As we’re transforming the way we serve Clients and brining new solutions and digital capabilities all the time, it’s important that you feel comfortable with selling innovations for Clients.
