About this Job  

Responsible for leading the transformation of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function to meet evolving business needs; this role drives agility, efficiency, and innovation in recruitment by leveraging AI and data to optimize hiring, and by leading efforts to elevate NIQs employer brand and value proposition in a compelling and engaging way. The individual will lead a geographically dispersed team, mobilise the TA agenda to meet large-scale hiring initiatives, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders. They will have a deep understanding of the business and work proactively to lead innovative hiring solutions that impact the speed and success of hiring for on a global scale. 

Responsibilities  

Leadership and Team Management   

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to understand and oversee recruitment strategies related to future talent strategies including hubbing, fostering collaboration in a remote and hybrid environment.  

  • Drive innovation and agility for the Talent Acquisition function, promoting cutting-edge practices and continuous improvement. Work as a Product Design partner to optimise ATS and HCM technology. 

  • Work proactively and independently in a global and matrixed environment to build and execute TA strategy related to future demand planning, TA technology, analytics and employer brand. 

Operational Excellence  

  • Deliver projects that impact the seamless recruitment for Region/Function aligned with business priorities, meeting SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics.  

  • Optimize recruiter productivity with advanced tools, automation, and data-driven insights including talent mapping initiatives and data governance model for data accuracy. 

  • Build and roll out a plan to forecast hiring needs to ensure precise resource allocation and scalability.  

Innovation and Agility  

  • Implement efficient solutions, and leverage automation to technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.  

  • Drive cost efficiency and scalability through technology optimization and agile hiring models.  

  • Enhance the candidate's experience with innovative, transparent, and efficient processes. Build strategic partnerships with AI and recruitment technology providers to stay ahead of industry trends.  

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high- quality outcomes. 

Stakeholder Partnership and influence 

  • Use data storytelling to present metrics, articulate progress, and demonstrate Talent Acquisition’s value.  

  • Influence senior stakeholders on high-impact, global talent acquisition initiatives that transform how we attract and hire talent to drive better business outcomes, including investment required. 

  • Communicate effectively to Senior Stakeholders, peers and stakeholders on plans to evolve our function. 

 

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of recruiting or recruiting operations experience, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates efficiently and at scale. 

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, developing and managing a high-performing, geographically dispersed team. 

  • Proven ability to lead recruitment transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including TA Tech and Automation rollouts and data governance models (Workday and/or SmartRecruiters preferred). 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experienced in presenting insights through data and coaching stakeholders.  

  • Skilled in leveraging AI-driven sourcing tools, automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and talent intelligence/mapping programs. 

  • Background in recruiting for global, diverse regions and high-volume hiring needs.
