- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates across various industries.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter and social media outreach, to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of high-level professionals to facilitate recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Screen candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and alignment with client needs.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and be proactive in recommending strategies to enhance the hiring process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, research, or headhunting.
- Must currently be working for a UK based Recruitment company
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing senior-level candidates.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
