Client Services Intern

Reports To:     Senior Manager, Client Services Operations

Job Overview:
  The purpose of this internship is to provide a unique opportunity to assist the day-to-day operations of the Client Services department for an NFL Franchise. The Intern will become an integral part in creating a superior experience for Giants season ticket members.  The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong work ethic and can maintain a professional demeanor in the presence of clients and VIPs.  

 

Responsibilities/Functions:

The primary responsibilities of the Client Services Intern include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide operational support for Giants events as well as home games including guest check-in, set-up & breakdown, and reports/recaps.
  • Communicate with season ticket members via phone and email.  Handle any requests and/or complaints.
  • Responsible for gameday preparation & delivery (gift bags, signage, suite requests, etc.).
  • Prepare gameday staff assignments and task sheets.
  • Oversee department inventory and gifting; order fulfillment and shipping, giftbags, restocking items.
  • Accompany alumni for meet and greets and suite visits.
  • Assist suite team with suite logo displays, gameday deliveries and food and beverage lists.
  • Track suite visits, field passes, and gameday notes in Salesforce.
  • All other tasks assigned by management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or college senior.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and relate with all types of people.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiar with football and sports industry trends.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Email Management.
  • Archtics experience a plus.
  • Must be punctual, reliable and have transportation to and from Quest Diagnostics Training Center and MetLife Stadium (both in East Rutherford, NJ).
  • Available to work 40 hours a week from July through the end of season.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Expected to work all Giants home games and events.
